At 'Alaha Pacific, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that online shopping can sometimes be tricky, especially when choosing the right size or color. That's why we're happy to offer exchanges if your purchase isn't quite right.
We're also committed to ensuring you receive a perfect product. We carefully quality control all online orders before they are shipped.
Eligibility for Exchanges:
We offer exchanges on eligible items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, please review the following guidelines:
- Condition: All clothing must be in their original condition with tags attached. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any makeup, stains, body odor, perfume, or deodorant.
- Accessories: For hygiene reasons, we do not offer exchanges on accessories and Heilala Necklaces.
- Sale Items: All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Holding Items: We do not hold items for exchange due to limited stock.
How to Initiate an Exchange:
- Contact us: Send us a message via Facebook or email at alahapacific@gmail.com, stating the reason for the exchange and your order number.
- Repackage and ship: Securely repackage the item in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using tracked shipping as we are not responsible for any lost returns.
- Exchange processing: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item to you.
Please note:
- Exchanges are subject to availability.
- If the desired exchange item is not available, you may choose a different item of equal value or receive a store credit.
Refunds Policy
- We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges on items that have been worn, used, damaged, or stained.
- Sale items and Accessories are final sale and are not eligible for refund, return, or exchanges.
- We are not responsible for any lost, missing, stolen or damaged packages once scanned by USPS and shipped.
